An ALWAYS THERE HOME CARE SERVICES, registered nurse makes an initial visit to the client’s home to assess his or her needs. The nurse will design a care plan tailored to that individual client. The nurse supervises the caregiver, monitors the client’s progress and provides a monthly progress report to family members/guardians as directed by the client. The ALWAYS THERE care giving and supervisory staff work closely with family and professionals to ensure that they are informed and involved with the client’s care and well-being.

The staff at ALWAYS THERE HOME CARE SERVICES are on call and ready to help no matter the time of day. ALWAYS THERE HOME CARE SERVICES, uses a multitude of interviews and testing to evaluate an applicant’s honesty, values, personality, compassion and work ethic. Each applicant must successfully complete written and skills competency testing, as well as a background check. His/Her work history is evaluated and verified, and a drug test, physical exam and Mantoux test are required. ALWAYS THERE HOME CARE SERVICES, makes every effort to ensure that the caregiver and the client are compatible. The care giving relationship is very personnel and we treat each of our clients as we would a friend. All employees are covered by Worker’s Compensation Insurance and bonded at no additional cost to the client.
